I wonder why the DSS has not deemed it fit to arrest this former governor still parading himself as the governor. I haven't heard from his Excellency Igariwey for long now

PDP is not distracting him, the party is only requesting for the certificate of returns that was issued by INEC which confirmed David Umahi of PDP as the duly elected governor of the State. APC wasn't declared the winner, so he should kindly vacate the seat and seek fresh mandate that will recognize him as David Umahi of APC.

Wike and Co should free Umahi for us.
They are jealous that Umahi is trying to outwork them despite ruling a non oil producing state, no 13%.
We need Umahi to continue his good works in Ebonyi State.
There is no where in the constitution of PDP that it mandates a candidate to loose his seat upon defection.
He paid millions of naira for governorship form and satisfied the requirements of the party.
UNN can't withdraw your certificate cuz you want to do your masters in ABU.
Especially when you were not involved in malpractice or fall short of admission requirements.
Federal government and Learned Judges should not allow PDP to disrupt the election calendar in Ebonyi State .
It's a waste of resources to start conducting elections two times in a state.

Why didn’t the court collect ask Atiku to return his certificate of return Abi going to INEC after he left PDP to ACN while still being Vice President and after he won VP seat under PDP and decamped in 2006?

Supreme Court settled it then that Atiku will retain his certificate of return.

Why are now doing as if Supreme Court is not the highest court of jurisdiction in this land?

There is no where governor's don't loot or collect kick back so instead of doing that I prefer you award the contract to your sef, guarantee quality and get profit from the deal
