Hmmm my Experience with Tramadol was a crazy one, that drug almost took my life, I vomited blood and still went back to it, I was able to stop the drug in the year 2019 and I thank God I am clean AF, it’s about determination and I know I can never relapse because I even saw the Drug in Deira Dubai and I just looked away, Your boyfriend needs to stop it and I know it’s not easy at all during my own rehabilitation I experienced series of crazy symptoms because I take atleast 1 sachet of 225mg on a daily
Then I learnt of the side effects but then I couldn’t stop even though i wanted to stop so bad, it also weakens sperm cells if your boyfriend doesn’t stop and you eventually marry him, he might be shooting blanks inside of you so you need to let him understand,

If you love him, call NDLEA to come and take him for rehabilitation. They not just arrest drug users, they can help on rehabilitations too.

Not all addicts, alcoholics etc are unable to live productive lives

However, there is a risk that this can devolve into full blown drug addiction, and a risk of cumulative damage to his liver.

Drug addiction also increases the body's tolerance to other drugs, which means some medications may not work on him

Parenthood works for some people. Ask him if he intends to be around when his children grow up.

Report him to NDLEA officials, he will stop it in a hard way with immediate effect but don't let him to know that you are involved to avoid stories that touch and thank me later

If I have to be honest with you, you can't save a man from himself. You can't help him quit, he can only do that on his own accord and it's foolishness expecting otherwise.

Make your honest analysis: can you live with a drug user for the rest of your life? If no, then dump his sorry ass now. Just so you know, there's a chance he gets worse over time.
