E reach to ask! Cos AFAIK core banking software na big team dey build am. Over several iterations. Many people that say they can build these kinds of software have no idea what happens on the backend. They see the client app and believe that's all there is to it.

One of the biggest costs is integrating your solution to consume existing APIs. Your core banking solution to manage wallets already exist for free (free as in free to customise)
