I honestly don't know the kind of house you want to build with N7m ! It's way too small for a livable house project especially now that inflation is very high in the country. With that kind of money,you should be able to relocate to any country of your choice provided you've the right link.

True. Nigeria is somewhat among the cheapest to live in. The annual rent you will pay in Nigeria is what you might pay for a month/two months rent here in Cameroon.

From my experience, 7m won't build you even a bungalow to the roofing level sef. Instead of you to start what you can not finish, use the money and Travel out. You will end up frustrated if you start a building with that amount of money I'm telling you the honest truth. Except you have a place here you can borrow to complete the house and you might end up borrowing more than that 7m depending on the kind of house you want to build

As a business oriented person, my advice will always be to grow the money steadily by putting it into a business, as long as you have an accommodation.

You can buy some additional land somewhere with 1m and leave it to appreciate in the long term. Then do business with the rest.

Even if the money is growing by just 4% monthly, it's better than starting what you can't finish.

Start 3 different business using 5million, my suggestion a restaurant, a real estate agency, and a laundry shop, then use 1 million to buy usd in a fixed deposit account and then forget about it. Use the remainder that is a million to invest in the stock market.

Since you already gotten land, go secure it even if you can't finish the building, while keep hustling, a year or two, you can sell the property and move out.

Please look for school in Europe or Canada without ielts exams for international students. You can’t complete a building with 7m , roofing cost of 3-4 bedroom is around 2.8m , from foundation to lintel without decking is around 2.5-3m ,iron road , cements , sands , gravel and blocks will cost you around 1.8-2.3m . Think am well bro
