I have one to sell. 3 bedrooms with a room selfcon attached. All ensuite. Location is Lusada close to Agbara ogun state. Its my personal property. Please note not habitable yet but with roof and inside plastered.

School fees for colleges here in Canada is about 4 million naira a year, when you get to Canada you can work as a student. After 2yrs you'll get your PR

I was talking about a house that would generate substantial income through rentals because I believed he is looking for the best way to invest his 7m. He must not build 4-flats. That was a side question. A 1 flat building that he’ll be living in won’t generate any money for him. If he wants to invest his money, then it has to be an apartment that he can put up for rent. Hence my reason for talking about multiple flats.

I recall something like this a few years back, if you see the number of applications we got, that's how I knew UK masters na nothing. Both Nigerians in UK and Nigeria applied over 56k applications, some wanted to be paid 3m just because they had a foreign degree, those in UK wanted a house, a car and domestic staff

All my comments were in reference to the 7m OP mentioned (build a house with it or travel out with it). At the end of the day, it’s his decision to make. You can’t really tell someone how to use their money, you can only advise. Secondly, I only made the comment because the poster who mentioned build a house deals with furniture and I was like “how convenient for the advise to be coming from someone who helps people furnish their houses”
