Tbh you don't need any "practice" for OPQ. Just familiarise yourself with the company's core and societal values, then tactfully select answers you "think" reflect those values.

Oh, and don't waste time thinking about what option to select. The system monitors your speed and will prompt you not to delay (it could be another evaluation criteria, who knows?) . Think on your feet.

Now I think I know why people have been silent after the OPQ. It does have a way of making you feel uncertain.

However, for those that hasnt taken the test, this is my take. Its best you infuse yourself with PwC's core values, let it be actually you because you wouldnt have time to keep thinking of the previous options you chose as the system would prompt you and as iSleek said, that could be another criteria... who knows.

Lest I forget. There are also times where you would have to choose between 3 options you chose as 'most like you' and also between 3 of the options you have previously indirectly indicated as 'least like you". So at some point, it feels like you contradict yourself, but I guess thats the way it was designed. Cheers!!!

The OPQ actually has a way of making you contradict yourself.. and there's no one for you to complain to. Very funny.

The issue with consistency is that it will either make or mar you entirely as we'll find out. When you're consistent will the wrong personality traits, then you make their work easier.

I believe each statement has some point. Their best, second best and the last probably have 3, 2 and 1 points respectively. On completion, if you're consistent with the right personality traits in line with their values, you'll have high points. With the wrong personality? you'll have low points. Inconsistent? You'll be average. They can then select the number of candidates they want to proceed to the next stage.

This is the most difficult stage of the recruitment.

The interview questions are usually competency based. If you do your homework, you'll pass. This particular one is dicey in my opinion.

from what I read in last years thread, it’s not competency based.
competency based means they’d ask you questions about tax or auditing, but last year was just cv questions and behavioral questions with small presentation

So do you have maybe a material to be used in preparing for it incase someone is lucky enough to scale through this stage

That means you should do more homework on what competency based interviews are.

The interview is 90% based.
