That's like the fourth but they call it 3B. According to a mail on enquiry, they said the fourth interviewer was supposed to be on the panel with the 3rd but was unavailable. So this is the 3rd in disguise for the second panelist.

Well, the interval from the 3rd interview (3B) to when you meet with the CEO probably would take longer than the interval between the previous interviews. So lets say a max of about 3 weeks. At most 1 month.

But there's still a score ranking. I don't think it's everyone that was interviewed that will meet with the CEO sha.

Of course!!! Not everyone would scale through that stage. Just as not everyone would scale through the interview with the CEO. All just hope for the best.

Okay, the subject of this mail is '3rd level interview'. The 1st one I did was '1st level interview', the 2nd one was '2nd level interview' and the one I did after that was a reply mail to the 2nd interview (that's like 2B)
