Seriously I will like to see what kudus and partey will bring to the table . quite unfortunate we will miss ndidi. Once we can make these guys quiet, the job is half done.

IMO Kudus will bring nothing to the table

Yaw and Bukari are very solid wingers! Kudus, Partey and Issiaku are solid midfielders. Going all out attack or playing one DM will be catastrophic! The Ghanaians players are good and skillful too. It's just that we have a better bench. Our first team is not that far apart. Don't expect an easy game in Kumasi. Infact a scoring draw will be a very good result. I don't really trust our defense and goalkeepers!

Oga sir Our first team is far apart ,is like you haven’t seen the Ghana squad

Issiaku is not solid

And yes the game will be a very hard one

Anyway, the best person to partner with Osimhen up top will be Senior man, all these other names you people are calling are funny, very funny.
very funny names, anyone that's conversant with the eagles will know who our SS will most likely be.

grin ohh. Thought you typed Goalkeeper. Lol
Simon Moses is good. He did just fine in the AFCON. His problem is that he needs to know when to stop dribbling and pass the damn ball! In the game against Tunisia he probably let those "praises" into his head. Man probably was thinking he was prime Messi grin. He became a ballhog in the game. Killin our offense in the process and making us look toothless. Precision, Technicality and Tactical in-depth is key.

Dennis is much productive. In the long run, dennis and lookman will be my choice on the wings. Personally, a forward line of lookman Dennis and osimehn can punish any team in the world

If Eguavoen and Amuneke, the allegedly best local coaches right now cannot qualify us, that is a horrible indictment of local coaches.

The Ghanaian coaches have not even had one friendly. They are coaching a team with far less individual talent for the very first time.

If these guys cannot get us through, I dont want to hear shii about local coaches for the next decade.

424 isn’t a wise formation to play in a game that your opponents midfield will be crowded and kelechi isn’t in form

How do you just to the conclusion that kelechi is not inform, because he hasn't score? Do you watch him play? I'll even consider Dennis ahead of Sadiq for a SS role

Not true, I watch Sadiq every matchweek, he cannot play just to set up another striker. He IS the striker.

Sadiq is very good with his feet. That does not mean he will drop so deep in the midfield to literally win tackles and recover possession. Nacho can do that. Anyhow you want to look at it, Nacho is our best player behind the striker, the only reason I would play with a front 2 would be to use him. If the game is not going well in that direction, you can bring on the extra midfielder and switch to a regular front 3, that was the mistake Eguavoen made during the AFCON. He had an excellent strategy, but didn't know when to abandon it in favor of a more conventional approach that may have yielded better results.
You people should fear God now, didn't Iwobi replace KC at the Afcon moving into midfield before the controversial red card?

Punch is reporting that Ghana plans to destabilize our team with off-field tactics especially Covid-19.

According to the report they plan to reject the Covid-19 certificates of some of our key players, insist on running their own tests which will return positive results and rule out the players.

Question:

How possible is this? I thought CAF has an independent healthcare company from Europe conducting the covid tests because of this kind of shenanigans from host countries?

It's an away game and Austin Eguavoen needs to be pragmatic in his approach. He needs numbers in midfield as Ghana will definitely adopt Tunisia's template.

I hope he does not play 4-4-2. He must also not start Iheanacho as that will leave us thin in mdfield, distort the shape & affect the solidity of the team.

That being said, I hope he opts for a 4-3-3 or a variation of it.

My preferred starting line-up is

Goalkeeper - Francis Uzoho

Defenders - Ola Aina (Right back), Leon Balogun (Central Defence), Semi Ajayi (Central Defence), Zaidu Sanusi (Left back)

Midfielders - Innocent Bonke (Defensive Midfield), Frank Onyeka (Central Defensive Midfield/Box-to-Box Midfielder), Joe Aribo (Attacking Midfielder/Support Striker)

Forwards - Bonaventure Dennis (Right Wing Forward), Moses Simon (Left Wing Forward), Victor Osimhen (Centre Forward).

Like someone posited earlier, the future of our indigenous coaches as Super Eagles coaches will be determined by the outcome of this WCQ.

If we don't qualify, indigenous coaches should not be appointed to coach the team for the next 10 years.

Make them try that nonsense and we will invade Ghana, the way Russia did to Ukraine.

Starting Innocent Bonke and Frank Onyeka as DM and CM in such a crucial away game is too risky. I don't think they have ever played together in any competitive game.
Emmanuel Dennis and Ademola Lookman will likely start from the bench.
Simon and Chukwueze are likely to be the starting wingers.
