It used to happen all the time, especially in the cars section. A dubious dealer is called out, denies,, is exposed, forced to make amends. After the thread is cleaned and the process repeats again with an unsuspecting new buyer.

Most of you are in the same league. Dubious, unprofessional, disrespectful to clients once money has changed hands and incapable of competent after sales service.

No one coming hear and reading the barrage of curses will buy from ffocus. I am fairly sure you are no different. So it is in your interest all this is swept under the carpet. Of course in addition to this people like you, who make money from ignorance, dislike informed and empowered customers. How else can you sell dumb 8 year old bravia TVs at 80k?

My advice to you is that you need to learn more about customer relationship/service, conflict management and human relationship management. Truly you have been vindicated to not being a scammer. However, you have successfully turned off many people here, many following and including myself who could be your potential customers with your manner of approach. I would not advice it, but it would work. The problem is you will have other items running at the same time. Your fridge, freezer, TV, etc. You will immediately notice the strain on your generator. And it will wear it out faster long term

There is a guy (I met him on konga, but he is also on NL) who I have probably done 4m or more in cumulative business with. No issues, and he has even reimbursed me for overpayment in the past
