I take very long walks, so long at times i walk for 2 hours, get back home take a bath, sleep and i will be okay to go when i am awake.

I have a pocket perfume I spray some on my hands and inhale for 10 seconds or rub my face with it ....then I'm done.....
I feel fine when I inhale good scents... though I don't get to do that everytime cos I don't want to be addicted to it
