1. Go to any bank and open a domiciliary account. This is the best option. The bank will ask you to provide two passport photographs, any utility bill, and (the just made this compulsory recently) reference from two people with current accounts.
Note: the current account must not be a salary account and it is faster when the two references are using the same bank you want to open an account with.

2. Withdraw directly to your local bank from Upwork. I wouldn't try this option though because it has the lowest rate.

3. Withdraw to your Payoneer account and send it to your bank account. This also has a low exchange rate but it is better than direct withdrawal on Upwork.

When you receive up to $1,000 on your Payoneer, you can start selling directly to exchangers and you will get close to the black market exchange rate from them. This is my second best option after option 1.
