I've sent a WhatsApp message - number ends with 518

You can see N40k written boldly on his advert yet you are still open for such offer for a 2.4 engine.
Some offers are not meant to be looked twice, so think well before taking up an offer especially you being a newbie.

Comparing your offer with a similar offer just like moove which is 37.5k, I would rather take a corolla of 2016 (1.8 engine) over a carry (2.4engine) 2004 for N40k.
I would also be given a phone to work with, and there is nothing like shared maintenance which will most likely come with your offer.

You first post about this vehicle was March 3rd, a good offer would not stay this long or a desperate driver had already taken the offer but dropped the vehicle after realising its not achievable especially this winter.

See wetin Uber dey do here but won’t do or have not started doing in lag.

I lost or was looking for some items (went shopping had many packs/nylon but one was missing)
Unfortunately, I didn’t call or text this Uber driver at all, as I was already monitoring her on map.
Got home and items missing I tried calling her through Uber app immediately.
Gbam
1. Withheld $15 on my card reason ( i should I agree that if drivers bring the item back I will pay $15). She didn’t pick so I decided to use second option.
2. Text her through the app (same thing 15$)
Next thing they told me rider didn’t find anything in her car and I can’t hold her liable for anything bla bla bla long epistle.

Next time I will look under motor to be sure I didn’t forget anything.

Imagine if they do dis in Lagos ? All this sharp mouth girls go humble before they calm you back for charger or slippers.
If u see 6mins trip - $11.88 so expensive here

When you get a vehicle, give it out like that, it’s simple, you can’t teach what you don’t know, you can’t give what you don’t have. Keep roaming around, wish you good luck.

I never mentioned I was looking for a vehicle but ONLY POINTED OUT THE REALITIES TO YOU.

Your case is just like the ones that hear of a certain business but jump into it without making findings.
You wouldn't mention 40k if you had known a little more about the business.

Hello Gentlemen. How una dey?

Just returned home from today's hustle. Dropped my last rider at the International Airport. Dude confessed to be an Uber Driver. He's saved up for months and now relocating abroad.

I advertised a car available for rental a while ago. The Uber Driver who was using the car previously has also relocated. It seems most of our youths only see their hustle in this country as a means to the ultimate end of relocating.

I hope the next government can sit up and start fixing this country so people can see hope, although I know there's also a case of herd mentality. The level of egress is becoming mind boggling!!

Yes, boss.
Business is all about agreement. If a proposed price is given, the person interested can accept the offer and negotiate, not taking it outright.
If negotiations don't come to one, then it can be discarded.
I learned this from here (using the Indriver as my yardstick). Na you people dey teach us here. grin

Pilots, please drive safely as you're going on your daily hustle.
This was reported to happen on Eko Bridge not quite long.

Is it possible to tell these female riders not to brush hair in the car?

I'm tired of picking hair strands in the car. Especially those that wear fake wigs undecided

I've been picking this girl's hair strands from my car since last night, e never finish.

Now I feel like crying more for being a Nigeria and living in Nigeria.
WTF!!

Same Uber will even threaten to block your account if you don't return the item.

I remember returning a pair of shakomende glasses to a girl at Ajao Estate in Maryland some years back after about 4days... Uber called me to reture the item and report back to them after doing that. This stupid girl only said thank you nothing else... Since that day I don't return item again. If you like forget your pikin inside my motor I go carry go my house turn them r9 house boygrin

The Bluetooth head phone I'm still using since 2yrs now na one girl forget am inside my car... I didn't have her number and she too did call, bolt didn't call so what do you have me do? I'm still using it till now.

Since they failed t9 apply the Int'L rule in Nigeria then me too will play the card with them as I wish

A guy was making almost a million every month here, consistently

Why should a driver find it hard to pay 120k per month out of 1M?

Same thing I noted the other time about knowing more about a business.
You mentioned a guy but there are thousands of drivers. When making conclusions on a hypothesis, you need to know what percentage falls into what you are looking for. Your conclusion about a guy out of many drivers is also same as making conclusions on tribes just because one person from a tribe steals, that doesn't conclude that all people from that tribe steals.

And before concluding all drivers can make it, my question to you is, CAN YOU ALSO ACHIEVE WHAT YOU EXPECT FROM OTHERS?
