money that could have been well spent on other reasonable infrastructure was used to build railways in a terrorist infested region.
Nice one Buhari.

This particular railway was built by PDP administration, not APC. Was virtually ready few .months to bubu taking over

Also , nothing wrong with railways, regardless of the administration

I saw a comment from a guy painting the scene to suit him and other zombies

RealLordZeus:
Bonbed rail track not train... many bloggers no go make heaven

Modifed
To those asking abt the difference.
A bombed train with 970 passengers will result in at least 200 casualties while a bombed track will only stop the train provided the driver was able to see the damaged part on time which was so in this case.

Lol, One guy called me aboki and another called me buhari supporters

Typical Nigerians, we always resort to name calling when our opinions contradicted with others

Oga you see say nor be rail track?

Each trains were supposed to have military men on board.
And a rapid response teams of military air support from the nearest military base.
This country has no organization and planning.

And the military and the police are on holiday there......but in other places, especially Benue, SE, SS and SW, they are protecting the integrity of Nigeria while securing lives and property.

point of correction, security facility not civilian going their day to day business. What happens in Kaduna are terrorist activities, I'm not supporting anyone but ipob can't do such. Imagine ipob stopping a luxurious bus filled with Igbo travelers and starting shooting at them when it's not a sit-at-home day.

both activities are wrong but one can save us billions of investments and minimal loss of life if the people observe the sit-at-home order than being killed, kidnapped, or raped and also loss of investments worth billions of dollars by a terrorist.

Ipob attack civilians that flaunt their directives. Especially the sit at home

The lifeless dullard is working according to foolish and brainless nairaland zombies. Everywhere is safe in Nigeria except the south east. The east is where we are having terrorist attacks.

What happened in the rail track is a mere show-off by bandits. No need to deploy security there.

All the securities will be more useful in the east.

Fools.

Honestly, Buhari is killed this country. Imagine this. Just a few days ago, I was stunned by the news of terrorists overrunning Kaduna's airport; I just couldn't believe it. Yet, this is another one & the rest of the country is in absolute ruins, fuel scarcity for 3 whole months now, terrible power(electricity) supply etc.

Well Said. In an ideal situation we dont even need soldiers on board. The Police and NSCDC will do.There should be a SWAT team by these two on standby at all times. They will be mostly plain clothed as well. The NRC should have at least 2-3 helicopters for railway command incase or accident, breakage, search and rescue et al. But the black man is fundamentally stupid. The black man doesn't think forward. They only think for their stomach. Look at the Kubwa railway terminal car park. Very disorganized. No paved road, no proper drainage,no security light, very few security on duty and you begin to wonder who are our administrators in this country. They have been to europe and the likes. They have seen the situation there. But they rather steal the money and build houses in Maitama, Dubai and London than replicate standards here. They care about money and not good names. Its a shame to be a Nigerian atimes walahi. Greed, nepotism and ethnocentrism has ruined our country.

Mr. Man, the Buhari you're defending, was it not the same way he was talking all about how he has the solution to fixing Nigeria before he was elected? Now he has been elected TWICE & Nigeria is not even as bad as he(Buhari) met it, Nigeria is EORSE than he met it so what are you saying?

The people Lai Mohammed called bandits and not terrorists want passengers to return to the express so that they can be easily picked as sitting ducks. It's also obvious that politicians are behind this act

The military is still obsessed with Ipob and ESN in the SE.
Yesterday they said they invaded ESN camp and recovered phones and laptops.

So unknown gun men of yesterday was the reason for not building lagos to east rail but Bokoharam that have been active for years didn't stop building them in the north.

It's only when South East is involved that y'all remember to set standards.

The loan that was taken to construct the rail track and buy this locomotive is still under repayment.

In order to pacify the North; Nigeria got burnt. We are stagnated! We are on a reverse gear!

Another N80bn is being planned to extend the tracks further into other northern states.

I mean even as cruel amd harden as wike is he still doest wait for the president to give his orders before taking over the security structure of his state. Before we start blaming Buhari up and down we must first learn to hold our respective governors responsible when things go south. It is their duties to maintain security and safety of lives in their respective states. You don't expect Buhari to get every blame all the time. This is one reason why Wike will always have my respect, he doesn't joke with the lives of Rivers people and now Soludo is stepping into the enviable position rapidly. God bless Nigeria.
