There are some members on this thread that often times praise eachother and always "patronise" eachother.

These set of members hardly get praises or patronages from known reputable members (Be it builder, vendor or client).

Be very vigilant and take your time to note these tips before parting with your sweat.

You may not get good help here anymore because fraudulent vendors have taken over from the do-it-yourself builders that started this thread. These vendors will give you excellent advise but the advise are cleverly done to trap you. Just becareful
