I worked for 7 yrs but no Exprience

Working in a gas plant company is the master of all, you will get your time, enjoyment and above all MONEY.
It's a nice experience

Worked at Eleganza Complex, Alaba Suru, Bagging section.
We mostly work on target, it was a division of work thing, no time to slack, if u dont do your job, others dont get paid. So u no go wan slack. They gave us lunch and our payment was prompt, no room for absentism and late coming is penalised with deduction of salary. It was mostly a nice experience for me.
Our chinese oga no dey like see people siddon(one can be sacked on the spot if caught) so we devise a means to alert ourselves whenever he's around

Those close to the entrance will shout "o ti dee ooo"

If it's,Indian company,be prepared no mercy..If it's Chinese company,you are doomed bro..
But,let me gv u some tips..When u start working in a factory,those people will want to exercise their authority on u and make u see them as masters.Be ready to speak English upsidedown.. something like..fast fast come, which side go?,who man tell?Me no like etc..
And pls,when u're working with them, always be calm because dey would rush the hell outta u and in the process might injure urself,.imagine a machine rolled or cut ur finger while rushing..Be calm bro,dey like to rush newcomers, it's not worth it losing any part of ur body working with those rascals..I know alot of people who loses part of their body ,be it an eye,a leg,an arm,or even death while working for them..So,u hv to be very vigilante and be disciplined to make sure u save money and get d amount of money u wanted and gerout of there.
Honestly if care is not taken, don't say I don't warn u because,that month u set for urself as ur target might get doubled and u might still not save half of what u wanted..Their juju strong, people working there hardly save money,.All of them are always complaining..That is the little I can contribute for now..

So I have a first hand narration on this. My friend used to work in WAHUM Ikeja and he would give tales on how people would lose their limb and arm.

A friends father has short sleeve till today cause of Bolus Enterprise.

The worst place to work, especially the ones managed by Indians and Lebanese.

I remembered when I finished secondary school and worked for a pure water company, mehn I ran during break time... The workload was just too much

This country is so spoilt. See how people are here complaining continuously about factory work, are we just talking about the unskilled workers here and leaving out the professionals?
We shouldn't demonize working in a factory as if it's a curse, people have great careers in factories, there are people who work in factories and are doing well, earning better than those in banks and other sectors

Work in a body cream making company.
We work from 8 am to 6pm.
Break 2pm to 3pm.
D worst b say d job no get target, just work if time do we close..
All na ontop 1k per day . Sometime him d giv us lunch money 300.

Worked in a tile producing company,it was hectic but the day wey I return the slap wey Indian man give me,na dere I know say naija citizens are slave.naxo half of the labourers gather me,tear my clothes na clinic I Dan open eyes.nobody tell me before I resign instantly.

I once worked with Living witness a factory in Isheri that manufactured witness sausage rolls. Salary was 12k the Indians and Nigerians workings as admin are not humans. If we don't meet target we will not go home till our target is met. No room for absenteeism and salary is deducted if you are one minute late. They over used us I only did two weeks there and left. It was sad experience working with the factory company

Those guys are some special type of being, I went to construct a production rail for a warehouse along oshodi express way last year

What baffles me is how concentrated the air inside that warehouse is, they were even used to it that no one bothers to cover their nose anymore, their salaries are not even to write about, not to talk of if they could take care of themselves once they start experiencing health issues.

A very sad experience... I have worked for a bread factory once, Omo dey overused me eh, any bread you don't bake well will be deducted from your salary, how much is the salary sef 15k... someone will work reach midnight.. I later quit after a week cus my body couldn't take it, and I wasn't given a dime cuz I couldn't complete the month.. I was sick for 3 weeks.. but luckily before I left I snatch some bread
