If I am pained.. it's understandable, I have a device from the company and several other referrals and I am not happy with the outcome.
But for him ( a passerby) getting upset by my comment, I don't get it except he is representing the company.

My screen has no crack and developed a fault (it lags). Took it t the centre and they asked me to pay for repays.

I wanted to overlook all of this and continue but recently got an 8gig ram device from them and it s lags.
I am done. Samsung all the way, not a fan of iPhone.

bro that is the phone I am using, mind you I bought the phone from a naira lander a week after he bought it for 130k, the phone is smooth and crisp, no lag or unnecessary hotness, I am always on my phone always because of my work, on a normal day the phone can carry me for like 28-30hrs which is more than a day, but any day I am working heavily on it, my phone battery can go for like 16-18hrs. In short I have never for a day regret for using redmi note 10 pro.
