Lol a two years old phone of about 140k new you can't get second hand for 100k? You can even see 90k if you look hard enough.

It's a standard fee they charge to deliver orders that were sent through free shipping, I'm pretty sure they gave you the option to come collect it in their office for free

Honestly I'm not happy doing this but I need help.


Since I lost my phone(redmi 8a) in 2020,I haven't been able to afford another one. Right now I'm using a zte ba610t that ink has almost cover half of the screen.


So I'm pleading with you to help me with any android phone you are not actively using please.

where is their service centre located please and is it possible to get it fixed?
i'm looking to go there this morning.
