Its just a mere coincidence. I remember some years back, thunder struck our room filled with property in the village and caused fire. People taged it as evil. They said the property struck was gotten through ill will.

but the actual cause was an exposed large mirror that reflected the charges of the lightning followed by the thunder strike.

What did they do to warrant thunder being sent to them? The one that happened in my former area in Ogun state about 2yrs back, they said the guys robbed and killed an okadaman, collecting his okada from him. they have done that the corpses were left in field for 2days before they called Sango traditional to come for rescue but they requested for 2millon with sacrifice stuff but the community later give them 1millon right now they have been buried but the the thunder strike rod is still stuck in the field they will remove it tomorrow by God's grace

Instead of inviting fulminologists to investigate why strike was so fatal, they are bringing in deluded balawos to make life more hellish for the victims' families. You will never find solutions to your problems in the dark past. There must be a rational explanation as to why lightning is fatal in yoruba land, and that will also explain why sango is held in high esteem.

It will be difficult to explain why lightning will kill a human inside a house. There are things more conductive than human beings inside a house. Lightning may strike a human in a open field but not inside the house.
