Second to my last job, I made up my mind never to work for a petty private business. Big portfolio with meager salary. But that's not my concern but the manner the employees were disregarded like used sanitary pads and pampas or some piece of crap. The CEO randomly hires and sacks employees regularly. If you're a pretty lady, get ready to be laid by the Alpha and Omega of the company and even his rich business associates and wealthy loyal customers who decide who(ladies) stays and who leaves the company. The best thing that happened to me was leaving the company to form mine from the scratch. Though I had to work for the last company to gain vast managerial experience that I intended to utilize when I set mine. I now enjoy ample time for myself and my business. I now have workers that I will never treat the way I was treated as an employee. We have a common goal and vision because we work as team more like a family. |
