They checked baby’s weight through a scan and found out she was weighing 4.4kg. The doctor advised I shouldn’t push especially since it was my first, I didn’t object o cause at that point I was tired and I feel it was the Holy Spirit saving me from a whole lot of issues that could have happened, I was scheduled for a CS immediately. Thank God I went with my hospital bag. Baby came out at 4:05pm with the cord tied round her neck twice and her hands. I call her my miracle baby cause imagine if I was induced. God made the whole process like this from day 1 with the hospital for a better reason. Baby weighed 3.8kg. Baby is doing fine and I am recovering very well. Vigilante isn’t easy o especially now that her cord has fallen and her tummy has started disturbing her. It’s well o! Thank you guys for the concern and care, God bless us all and safe delivery to other expectant mothers.

This cord around baby's neck, what usually caused it abeg, does scan sees it and how do DRs detect since sum hospitals don't use d right instrument. My boss too had same issue and was placed on CS. She went for antenatal and d Dr test her and just told her d baby heart beat is too fast and dey had to do CS immediately, seeing d baby, d cord is already on his neck and datz wat cause d rate of d heartbeat. The instrument she said was used was not used in general hospital(dey still use the old method) and she hasn't done a recent scan b4 delivery because she didnt plan for it as at dat tym (reason y I cldnt ask if scan do sees it from her) so plssss senior mamas, make Una help answer dos 3 ques abeg

scan do c it, sonographers even c d number of cord u ve, of its two or three n how blood move frm u to baby n baby to u... Dey c everytin happening in d womb... u knw babies play wut der cord n dey tend to wiggle around it n may endup wrapping demselves wit it... May God help babies in d womb not wrap demselves wit deir cord.

U n ur wife need to work togeda by tracking d exact dat ur wife is gonna ovulate den copulate at dt exact dat of ovulatn... If ur "Y" SPERMATOZOA is fast enough dan ur "X" SPERMATOZOA u gt a boy but if not u r gonna endup hvin anoda gal... But mr ntokon, u should knw dt all children b it boy or gal r dsame... Children r children... I tnk God 4 giving me only boys n if i endup hvin a gal, oh well lucky me but if i cont havin boys, i will alwz b grateful to God almighty n wont chnge dem 4 anything... I can’t even type birth story. I just have one question which is, apart from medical emergencies how does any one opt for CS. Cause the pain I am feeling has messed up the joy of seeing my LO.

awwwh mamma, I m sorry, abt d pain.U see,after all these episodes,your baby will give to u so much joy,n peace. You are going to have lots n lots of pleasant memories together.take it easy on yourself pls. I heard the pain gradually goes away. N U may need to complain abt the pains if they are actually intense, even with d use of the pain killers. Speedy recovery ma.

We are humans, we just want ALL things.you have asked for God's help.my prayer is that He will give u peace and fulfillment with your girls.
I m not in any way judging but embrace what God has given u freely.You just make me rmbr when I was ttc, n had a miscarriage.did I cry, No. I was happy, full of energy and positivity, that at least that was a sign that I will be a mother one day, I was thankful that I have womb.I was happy to throw it at a mockers face, that I get belle before nah, if not that d thing spoil . Ocne again joyfully love what u have.
I don't see any cause for worries. U should be worried if u or partner are faced with no sperm issues,or any sperm parameters issues, or hormonal issues, blocked tubes, abnormal uterine growth and obstructions,ovulation disorders, premature menstrual seizures,egg issues, OHSS,doing countless number of tests within a cycle,going from clinic to clinic because u don't trust the test results of one, having sex when u don't even want to, or your pe..nis refuse to work when your wife has already taken stimulating injections, using drugs that will make u mentally unstable yet have no option,or perhaps finances to tackle d fertility issues or village pple blockage.or another angle ,with your good incomes, all u think of is how to get a child, because people now call u barren or bitter cos u cant father a child yet.Those are d pple qualifying for worrying.

That is not my intention. search for fertility centres that offers ivf with gender selection(nordica, olive,grabbo etc) your choice will depend on location and your purse.or better still go to https://www.nairaland.com/773873/anyone-trying-ivf-iui-icsi n search for gender selection IVF , options will com up. I feel it will be insensitive to ask on the thread considering u have 3 precious girls already.The thread is majorly for mothers n fathers seeking for a child, regardless of sex. Initially,I wanted to go for the wooden baby crib but I discovered it was a bit on the high side in terms of price and also,I was made to know that some babies would prefer sleeping close to their moms,which means getting an expensive wooden crib would eventually be a waste of money.
So I’d like you people to give me crib alternatives that’s affordable.
As I’ve said earlier,I’m a FTM,I don’t know anything about babies or what they use. Pls help my ministry.
