Matter of fact, good roads and steady electricity are a given over there!

If not for insecurity, and stupid politics, North utilizes this Nation's resources far better than South!

Some of your governors have no excuse in this matter.... The Billions they embezzle monthly can deliver the best of infrastructure to their people!

What has the North got to do with this? Regardless of the jurisdiction the road falls under, no state government should allow any road in his state to deteriorate to this point!
