The answer to your questions are within you. Firstly, why an undergrad diploma? Why not a PGD or a masters?

I don't think so. That first statement made is usually made before stating the reasons. Before my notes came I was refused on just personal assets and financial status.

Despite having a fully funded scholarship,
you need to provide a sponsor please to show you are well established.

lilangel20:
I got a funding of 16,500cad. I am to pay just 5,030cad from it as school fees. After payment I would be left with 11,070cad. My sponsor is the funding I got.
Thank you so much for responding

well, my sister over there actually consider this undergraduate program due financial circumstances, the PGD tuition fee dey high according to her, we are two she just made the part payment for to secure the admission,me and my elder sibling, she believe this college is cheap and the application process is easy and less stressed, moreover my chosen diploma certificate program "tourism" is well in line with my professional field, I have other diploma certs and olevel aside bsc cert to match college standard for my application.

It does not matter in Canada if you get admitted to a college or University . Work on the other factors like POF,SOP and home ties

Write a comprehensive and convincing SOP why you are going for a diploma instead of PGD. Many diploma applicants have gotten visa, because, if you hide your b.sc cert, you can never use that cert in Canada.

I think you need more clarification on the funding. The 5,030 CAD you mentioned as tuition fee, is this your annual tuition or for per term? More so, from your your letter of support, do your financial support covers for the two years of your program? Or is your program a year?

According to the College of graduate studies, you must have at least 19,000 CAD before you could say you are fully funded. Review your tuition fee and every other fee per annum and compare to what you got as funding.

All these questions must be answered in a clear terms.

lilangel20:
Here is a clearer version of my GCMS notes. I was refused on just personal asset and financial status.
I am a funded applicant with funding of 16,500cad of which I am to pay 5,030 as school fees and would be left with 11,000cad.

I do not also think my sop was poorly written.

it may be a problem

Do you have an intermediate skill level in game development or you are a total bigginner?

This questions are necessary because this is what will likely convince they VO on your ability to assimilate what will be taught. Passion only may not convince the VO.

Good evening everyone, I would like to ask if there’s a possibility that the Canadian embassy will communicate with the Bank where I have my Proof of Funds to clarify if I have the exact amount of money printed on my statement in my bank account.
