With time ASUU will loose its relevance because private universities will soon become affordable for the masses, everybody’s concern will just be the certificate and not the environment. When you tend to overdo things, you begin to loose your relevance

Private uni seems to be the cash cow now. Especially as parents don't want strikes to affect their wards. Besides if it is a good religious one, all those cults and crap is hardly there.
Imagine having over 10k students, selling food to them, baking bread, selling provisions etc. School fees, omo na billion naira "factory" be university business.

It would, that’s because there are private schools and there are private schools. Some private schools fees is as low as 30,000 while some are up to a million plus. The end result is that they all will still sit for the same WAEC. Mr A goes to the one he can afford so also Mr B. So with increase in supply of private schools around the lesser the demand for public schools.

You think the accident has reduced ? Is still there but the new method is to wipe off the company name and logo once there’s an accident. Meanwhile their buses are not road worthy .

Let him finish the university so that Nsukka road will become busy , I need to sample their girls .

NB: hope his drivers will start enrolling in the university as their approach to passengers still trashy together with their loaders.

May God continue to bless Maduka Onyishi, he is truly a visionary man.

The structures look solid and well designed, situated in nature's enclaves, this surely will be one of the best private universities in Africa not just Nigeria.

Gburugburu should have at least borrowed a leaf from this man when building public structures. Just look at the bland structures he is erecting at Igbo-eno calling it ESUT new college of medicine . If not for the state House of Assembly that stepped in to upgrade it to full-fledged Medical University, na so Gburugburu wan transfer Parklane before? The assembly recently passed a bill to change it to State University of Medical and Applied Sciences (SUMAS), I pray his successor will learn to use latest and cutting-edge designs for public infrastructures, we are tired of hearing cutting cost.
