At the start of the trial this week, Judge Christopher Ramras ordered that Crampton-Brophy’s essay, “How to Murder Your Husband” would be excluded from evidence.
But Judge Ramras said: ”Any minimal probative value of an article written that long ago is substantially outweighed by the danger of unfair prejudice and confusion of the issues”.

Prosecutors need hard evidence to nail her if they are really convinced that she did it.

What a world we are living in! Could this be mere coincidence? Only God knows the secret of all mankind. What we think and say affect our lives. Crampton Brophy got an imagination in her heart, as a romance suspect novelist; she chose chase and crime as a path to warm the heart of her audience. The thoughts in her mind were put in black and white, then something happened! What we think and utter has a way of affecting our lives. The scripture says guild your heart with all diligence, for out of it springs the issues of life. I can tell you that the lady has been planning her husband murder from the day she wrote that novel.

She planned, including the length of time; she must have also read many court cases to analyse how judgement is carried out in such invent.

She wants to create a scenerio whereby every eyes will be on her for the murder, while still getting away with the crime... She is a genius but in a negative way.

Let's see how the case goes in the coming days.
