Hi, I don't understand, is this for those who chose Hungary

FSB is the nominating body for scholars in BEA programs. The strange thing is that BEA Scholars in Hungary and other countries are yet to be paid their stipends since September 2021 till date. I hear some scholars are almost going cap in hand... Wish you all the best..
