Similar to comparing Apples and Oranges.

All those governors mentioned above have done creditably well and lots of others. However all governor's don't enjoy the same circumstances and antecedence.

Where do you place the likes of Peter Obi, Sullivan Chime and Dave Umahi? These are great guys who took their states beyond the next level.

I have no problem with IBO presidency , Since last year, I have suggested Peter Obi and Amaechi on both parties. My condition is that National elders must be involved. Atiku and Tinubu must be involved in the discussion.

May be the Yoruba will be more amenable to forgive them. As for the North, I do not see how you can convince the ordinary man in the Muslim North to vote for an Igbo man as President having experienced and lived through his life with this hate. They have allowed the extremist in their midst to control the narrative of the hate for the Muslim North for too long with only a few dissenting voices

The logic of handing power to a geopolitical zone gave Nigeria the poor and failed leadership of OBJ, GEJ and lastly, Buhari repeating that mistake because we want to accommodate the interest of the SE or the Igbo ethnic group will lead to another failed leader.

Nigeria should return to ethnic political parties such as the old NPN, UPN and NPP and let start the real restructuring, the national parties' project (APC/PDP) has failed woefully because Nigeria can never be a united nation. Let APGA, SDP and other regional political parties dominate their regions.

I love my Igbo friends and brother I think they just like my Yoruba and Hausa friends where u find the good, the bad and ugly. But I think you’re not being fair with this comment. Yes SE should produce the next president. But the human powers that control Nigeria dont want that. GEJ's ascension to President was divine. If Yaradua had not died GEJ would not have succeeded him.
Some will say let the candidates all contest and the one with the highest votes win but is that how Nigeria works? It is time for SE. Federal Character, cut off marks for entrance exams based on state of origin , etc are all example that Nigeria is not about the best or highest votes but giving all opportunities to succeed , go to school and be employed so let it happen in the area of president. Lets give the SE a chance
