My bro and I finally decided to dump our Redmi note 5 since 2018. It's been a good journey with it.
So we upgraded to RN 10 pro. Enjoying it so far. Thanks to oga Macbeyland. Having the best price out there.

RN5ai is an absolute legend & I haven't seen any need for an upgrade. This machine is over 4 years old & still performing optimally, baring the little drop in the battery stamina which is absolutely normal & expected. Truly one of Xiaomi's best.
RN10 Pro is a worthy upgrade TBH.. Hoping to upgrade to something much better in the future. I really don't care the brand, provided it gives me exactly what I want at a reasonable price. Transsion is off limits tho

When I went to buy phone I can see the India version is a lot more common in Nigeria market than the normal REDMI note 10pro.

India Version is not more common in the Nigerian Market. I don't know which market you went to. Avoid vendors that buy from India when the main Global Version is scarce.

You can't go to Slot, pointek, Raya, Fine Brothers, Finet, on Nairaland here sellers on the Xiaomi Thread Store and be sold an Indian Version.

As for difference Indian RN10 Pro comes with 64MP Camera.

While Global RN1O PRO Comes with a 108MP Camera which is the same as the RN10 PRO PLUS in India.

It's fast when I connect to the internet via wifi i.e using my other phone's hotspot that has the glo sim. Has anyone encountered this issue on any of the Redmi Notes phone

Might be APN related. Haven't noticed it on the Xiaomi/Redmi Devices I have used
