Total area to be covered = 370 square metres which include the general roof coveing, ridge cap, gutter, valley, eaves covering, fascia covering and trimmer.

If you take your time and go through both of them profiles you will see how effective juju is working for them individually . That is my shishi for new comers on this platform. Everything na time, if you no hate others progress your time will come. I can name 4 to 5 guys here constructing multiple project in different locations. The field is big enough for everyone to compete.

I have this piece of land that a hardly visit. On a recent visit, I noticed a palm tree that was very small when I acquired the land had grown so rapidly, and another one is springing up rapidly too. I also saw a bamboo tree that was not there initially.
House abeg, whats the best way to deal with those trees... I have an option of uprooting or using chemicals on them... Which of these is more viable.?
