The guy was right. Present day Slovakia was never a part of the USSR as it was then known as Czechoslovakia I.e the present day ceska lipa and Slovakia before their split

1. The Russian Federation inherit the USSR permanent seat in the UNSC after the breakup of the USSR?

2. Why did the Russian Federation inherit the nuclear arsenal and most of the WMDs?

3. Why did the US recognize Russia as the Successor of the USSR?
