You made a very big mistake here , every South western state has a lot of non indigenous people both in the rural and urban areas. I happened to school in Osun state and did excursions with my gangs . Down to the hitherlands you'd still see non indigenes , the only issue is those non indigene have metamorphed to indigene, having indigenous names and speaking the indigenous language. Nigerians buy real estate everywhere in the world, so far it will bring returns. I don't understand you, people buy real estate in Abuja, lagos, port Harcourt, dubai, UK, USA, Malaysia, Turkey, and they all live in Nigeria. What is this one saying.
