When I told u she was the next Hope Solo u were doing me shakara grin
Chiamaka Nnadozie is there now, at least she has proven all doubters wrong that she's the best in Africa and one of the best in the world..

The likes of Hope Solo, Nadine Angerer, Hedvig Lindahl are arguably the best Goalkeepers from early 2000 till the 2016 era.

Let's see how she would perform at the AWCON, UEFA Women's Champions League, World Cup and Olympic games before i can finally rate Chiamaka Nnadozie thesame level with them but right now she's just a finger tip away from them..

These are goalkeepers that win you games, they decide matches, Command their box so well..

But right now Chiamaka Nnadozie, Christiane Endler, Sandra Panos, Alyssa Naeher, Almuth Schult are same level...

Morocco 2022: Boost for Super Falcons as Oshoala and Ayinde return to training.

Asisat Oshoala and Halimatu Ayinde have returned to full training with Barcelona and Eskilstuna United after recovering from their respective injury spells on the sidelines, SportNewsAfrica can report.

Oshoala had only returned from a knee injury in December 2021 after spending about two months on the sidelines before she yet again recently picked a thigh injury in training on international duties which rules her out of the 2022 Africa Women Cup of Nations qualifying match against Ivory Coast in February.

On her return from almost 10 weeks on the sidelines, she will look to keep alive her quest for the Spanish golden boots with her 19 goals in 16 matches for the already crowned champions Blaugranes, despite now behind Madrid CFF's Geyse in the race by just a goal with three games left to play this season.

The four-time African Women's Footballer of the Year is likely to make a Women's Champions League return when Barcelona take on Wolfsburg in semi-final on April 22 after she missed the quarterfinal triumph over Real Madrid.

On the other hand, Ayinde suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury while playing for her Eskilstuna FC against Hackens on May 22, 2021 and ensured a lengthy spell on the sidelines, missing the chance to help her club claim a Women's Champions League spot in late 2021 season campaign and early 2022 Damallsvenskan opening fixtures.

Despite both missing Nigeria's 3-0 triumph over Cote d'Ivoire in February, Oshoala and Ayinde, who featured prominently in the West African nation's three successive triumphs at the continent's showpiece will be huge addition to the reigning champions' campaign in the first ever 12 -nation women's competition three months from now.

The Nigerians duo return will bring huge smiles on the face of coach Randy Waldrum, having both missed the last four competitive matches of the Super Falcons as the nine-time champions hope to extend their dominance on the continent at the 2022 TotalEnergies Women's Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco later in July.

Balogun, on Soccer, Business and Making Goals
Yewande Balogun, ’11 and MBA ’16

As a soccer player, Yewande Balogun 32years, has always wanted to play against the best of the best. In the summer of 2021, she got that chance.

In June, Balogun, a former UMD goalkeeper and assistant coach, was carrying out her responsibilities as an assistant women’s soccer coach at the University of California, Davis while also maintaining her fitness for semi-professional playing opportunities.

Around that time, the Nigerian women’s soccer team was poised to face the U.S. women’s national team in Texas for an international friendly series, which also featured Portugal and Jamaica.

But when COVID-19 travel restrictions resulted in a number of players being unable to meet the team, coach Randy Waldrum began reaching out to his contacts in the U.S. for potential players.

That’s when Balogun, a first-generation Nigerian American whose parents emigrated from Nigeria to the United States in the 1980s, got an unexpected call – a chance to lace up for the Super Falcons and join the team as a substitute for the series.

“You know how they say one phone call or one decision can kind of change your entire life? I feel like that's exactly what's happened,” says Balogun. “It was definitely a different summer than I thought that I was going to have, but I’m so grateful and it’s been quite the journey.”

Balogun, born in Prince George’s County, Md., grew up with a passion for playing on the pitch. Considered one of the top goalkeeping recruits in the country during her high school years, she spent time in the U.S. Youth National Team system. She hoped for a chance at a roster spot with the first team and held aspirations of playing with the Nigerian national team as well.

When it didn’t come to fruition, Balogun continued seeking opportunities to play at a higher level. That led her to join the women’s soccer team at the University of Maryland.

Eskilstuna's Ngozi Sonia Okobi stood for a delicious fine on two players in the fine preparation for the team's lead goal away against Kristianstad.

- I love to dribble. I'm so glad I did, she tells SVT Sport.

The Nigerian provided an assist throughout last year. Now she has scored two goals and an assist in the first three matches in the damallsvenskan.

- I was not at all happy with last year. I came back after an operation and did not play much. Has had the attitude that it will be better this year, not only play but also score goals, she says.

The match against Kristianstad ended 2-2 and Okobi accounted for an assist and a header.

If you know the current state of this 3 teams (Mexico, Jamaica, Haiti) you won't be saying this... Given the fact that the US will beat them all and it's left for the remaining two to battle for the remaining spot..

But three former WC teams is no joke
Mexico out scored opponents 34-0 and Haiti outscored their opponents 44-0.

She's not too Young at all, at 24..?? She would be 25years by 20th of June, That's her plan and the way she wants it, by the way Asisat Oshoala moved to China almost at same age, I can tell you the Mexican Liga MX Femenil is not as weak as you see it, they will compete well with the European Leagues Sides that are between top6-15..

Maybe you should watch their League games and see for yourself how Competitive the league is now.. They're second best behind the NWSL in the North American region..

Real Madrid Femenino will reportedly sign one of the world’s best defenders for free

Real Madrid Femenino are still fighting to return to a UEFA Women’s Champions League place for the 2022/23 season, but their first-ever appearance in the competition in 2021/22 was quite the success. After proving they could beat an elite team by eliminating Manchester City in order to enter the competition’s group stages in the first place, they advanced to the knockout stages where they gave the best team in the world, Barcelona, a real run for their money.
Of course, because Las Blancas ultimately fell short and did not quite have the quality or experience that Barcelona do, Madridistas have been hoping for a marquee signing or two in the summer 2022 transfer window.

This past summer, Real already made some important signings, inking the second-most prolific striker in the league in Esther Gonzalez, as well as the league’s next big star, Athenea del Castillo. They have the right foundation in place of players who can grow in stature with the club, however, they need the right superstars with experience to take the next step.

According to a report from FutFem.com, Real Madrid Femenino have already secured one such player – on a free transfer, no less.
Las Blancas have already agreed to sign Lyon center back Kadeisha Buchanan on a free transfer this summer.

The Canadian international is one of the best center backs in the world and has years of experience at the highest level. Buchanan has played for the most prestigious women’s team in the world, Lyon, since 2017, earning 76 appearances during that time span. And she is an important player for one of the better national teams on the planet in Canada.

Buchanan is a four-time Champions League winner and a one-time World XI defender. She has the pedigree that no other defender on Real Madrid has – not even their current world-class central defender, Ivana Andres.

At 26 years old, Buchanan is in the prime of her career and can take another step if she leads Real to great success in the coming years. A leader and an all-around excellent center back, Buchanan can form a foundational duo in front of Misa with Andres, giving Las Blancas the dynamic central defensive pairing they have needed.

Let’s see if this deal does indeed get closed this summer, as Madridistas know not to take anything for granted. Elsewhere, the club has eyes on two more major free agent signings, including another star in the French top flight, PSG striker Marie-Antoinette Katoto, who could replace Kosovare Asllani as the Galactica up top if the Swede were to leave this summer.

VFL Wolfsburg got it all wrong from onset, you don't and can't play Almighty Barcelona Femenino like that......

Once Barcelona coach bring in Oshoala during the second half they will start playing those Vertical balls upfront for her and i don't think any of Wolfsburg defender can keep up with her Pace and Strength...

HT; Barcelona (4)-(0) Wolfsburg

That was devastating from Barcelona, and they went from the start, blowing Wolfsburg away with their speed of attack, the deluge started by those strikes from Bonmatí and Graham Hansen.

The truth is that there is no more unstoppable team in football than Barcelona’s women’s team. They are phenomenal.
