This modern designs of phones is very distasteful to me, from huge size to horrible camera structure. I prefer a very small size and a simple camera design, reasons why i love the iphone X so much. These phone brands should go back to the old designs.

no i disagree with you they all look good but those ones that have camera in the middle are ugly

I dont like huge phones.

A phone should fit in your pockets without bulging.

My current phone is an iPhone SE first edition which I bought initially for web and mobile apps testing. I sold my main iPhone and settled for the test phone because I preferred going out with the small form factor phone. I own an ipad for those periods that i want a bigger screen.

The iPhone X is a perfect sized phone too. Physically similar to the iPhone 6,7,8,SE2 &SE3. Minimal camera and bumps and supports latest iOS.

It Looks like BB but not exactly BB.
They bought over BB's copyright and converted it into an ANDROID.
The phone is simply amazing.

i really love small phones, that's why i love my present samsung s8. If i should sell this phone, i will definitely go for the iPhone X.

IMO the sexiest phone ever made was the gold xs max.

That was the only phone i used without a case cuz of its beauty.

iPhone X series is too sexy, though i hate the gold colour.

Yeah, i get you. Some are weird and badly shaped.

The worst thing is that most of the newer phones look the same...save from the little variation in camera bump design.

Samsung S8 design best every recent model design is flop

swears, i wish they can continue the previous "s" series design. The edge display is very okay, i don't know why they stop to make the full edge display for the new "s" series. The only samsung phone of this present generation that i find sexy is the note 10.

Yeah your right did you know the iphone14 is coming out like the rest except without the notch but if the 15 comes out like that they will leave iphone like blackberry and gionee

Actually, I wanted to disagree with the OP but after looking at the phones Nokia produced in the 2000s and the beautiful devices by blackberry, I have to agree that he is right.

Check out the major brands, all they change is the rear cover. For Apple, they only change the position of the cameras. Compare that with Nokia 6600, 3200, 3230, Motorola Razr, Sony Ericsson P900 series. I currently use a Samsung Fold 2 and it's basically a folding tab. I see it as a continuation of the Nokia Communicator series.

I guess the fixed form of modern phone screens, it has limited areas that can be designed and limited it to the back. Hopefully, with the introduction of folding screens now, there will be better external designs.

I love everything about modern phones

y'all would do a terrible job in a design team.

there are so many restraints those designers have to work with to come up with a new design.
With the yearly release of new phones, there isn't enough time to try something radical and fresh.

Do you guys think 2022 phones are designed in 2022? they probably starting designing it in 2021, sent it to the various department for testing and approval.
After approval, they are on to 2023 design, that's a very little time to change an overall design and come up with something fresh
