Yes you are right, the Arabians castrated the east African slaves on a grand scale.

But the Europeans and Americans castrated the west African slaves on a small scale in the slave plantations of Mississippi.

If you think anyone will help you develop your country then you are a fool. Humans are generally wicked and greedy. Even the Chinese had to develop themselves. Its a relative answer, that requires the people relative views, to enable an encompassing solution that is practical and also meets the relative ideas of the people.

My solutions are limited and thus not as encompassing or as practical as I may think.

Children are taught practically on how to build things up, how to build electronics, requiring the understanding of electrical sciences. How to build up machines, how to construct buildings/items from scratch requiring architectural knowledge/ mechanical

Parents should be involved in teaching their children. Parents should be encouraged to read books with their children.

Children should be encouraged to take on projects on their own, to make decisions about projects that involve thinking, or science, arts etc. One of the edge of an efficient soldier is the ability to take decisions quickly without the approval of the central command, because they were allowed to take responsibility from young age

Talents should be encouraged, i see inventors making drones, making gadgets, yet they are ignored, when they are key to industrialization.

You are wrong. There is a difference between actions of a State (Government) and actions of its people. The English State (and France) are poor and hence have a State policy of colonisation. This does not mean thats what the English person stands for. Though eventually the British people have benefitted from the colonialism of their governments.... they are arrogant too.

The Russian State has for a long time shown support to Africa and it was pressure from the Soviet Union - USSR that forced Britain to recognize the independence of its African colonies which is why they hate Russia so much. Chinese State is friendly towards Africa as a matter of State policy.

However many Russians and Chinese people are racist because the black mN has been denigrated for too long and hv lost respect. However this doesn't mean their governments are. Secondly China is still a developing country and such an act like tieing someone and flogging them is barbaric....

You are not making sense. Read my ppst on this page. Russia has an abundance of natural gas and minerals same as China.... hence no need to colonize. But Britain is poor and has nothing which is the motivation for colonization. Poverty is the motivation for colonization.

Russia was part of the Soviet Union, which extends to even Asia, soviet was damn great, america needed to be world power, and eventually after many many things, Soviet divided into 13 countries, Russia held Soviet Union together till separation, they never invaded any country to really colonize apart from , China identified themselves and they are what they are not, if any. The Chinese and Russians are not imperialists meaning that they are contended with their nation and they do not want to have colonies or empires.

During the time the Europeans were taking slaves in Africa, the British attempted to infiltrate China with spies so that they can discover what it is going on in China but they were not allowed to enter the Chinese mainland by Chinese Kings. This shows you how the Chinese hated to mix with other cultures, the Chinese were very conservative and hated immigration into their country. The Chinese did not want to mix their culture with corrupt foreign cultures and that is why they didn't send their powerful navy to explore Africa. Do you believe that the Kings of those ancient Chinese dynasties wanted to come to Africa to deal with some black people? They didn't even let the Europeans into China.

Here is what happens, Chinese companies come to Africa and they first of all go to the ministry of trade in that African country and they sign agreements to help you mine your resources, bulid airports, build railways,stadiums and the rest.
