One culture that we should stop in this club is buying for buying's sake. We recruit by just talent and abilities not checking if these players can gel with each other.

We've seen these players in different teams; even the so called Maguire. The new manager should be allowed to get players that fit his style of player. If we don't fix in that aspect, we are not going anywhere.
