My own case is even worse, I rented this mini flat in Ijegun last year for 150k, even though the rooms are small, but I was happy because the money was small compared to the comfort I thought I will enjoy afterwards,. Mehn, as the matter dey now, na snake, scorpion, rats, ants and mosquitoes I dey battle with daily. Funniest thing b say, I pay for 2 years

When you rent them, from day one till your rent expires, one problem to another!

They should threaten him back too with violence or bigger connections na. They should treat his fork up. Or ex-tenants who have mouth or know people that has, should charge him to court. Maybe for human rights abuse or something, anything. I don't believe anyone is untouchable at all o. Absolutely no one is. (Even emperors or presidents with the tightest securities CAN be gotten. Just a rebellion seed in an aide's mind) and then slip a poison in his food or plan an ambush. There are just levels of power. I don't see a person being completely powerless, still persons being helpless.

Normally too, people should have badmouthed him so until tenants start reducing and finally not a single person will come to rent from him. I hope this tweet too helps with that.

My own bi say I pack in. Light dey the day I went for inspection. Omo, only to pack in and no light come dey full full. You breathe and it comes back to you. Like you breathe out carbon dioxide and inhale carbon dioxide.

Agents will tell you there's water. After you pay, you'll start hearing “I meant there is water in the neighbourhood. Ours is a little faulty.”

Landlord is notorious for thuggery. Name is Akindele I think. Like army dey fear am. He's connected to politicians there.

I strongly advise you rent a place that's conducive for your health. Just save. I don't play with my health and serenity. I can never use my money to pay for a place without water. I can manage power outage if it's not permanent but needs a fix.


Tenants in that house look like they relate. Of course, they manage the same suffering.


How I escaped? I planned my strategy well. Begged Baba that I had an emergency relocation in another state but I'll bring sb..since I had sb willing to manage it. Even bought wine.

If you remember back in the day, there used to be one island like this when you drive along TMB? Recall that island is now merged as part of the oworo mainland as a result of dredging.

Use style next time you are on TMB and look at all those new houses from the bridge on that site and it's very visible without site mapping equipment to see that most are indeed sinking. There is a duplex that looks like it's almost tumbling down. Very scary
