Even places like ketu and ikorodu have nice and superb places to live.
Maryland, Antony, Yaba, Ogudu, and Costain are are even better and more fantastic than some places in the island.
Lagos as a state and also as a city have a lot of uncontained potentials!
It is inauspicious that some unfortunate elements, in line with the bad leadership of Nigeria, are leading Lagos.
That alone detracts a lot from his ability to be in alignement with other great cities of the world.

Even in exclusive areas you would prefer, in Nigeria especially Lagos, have houses in such large sizes.
With higher exposure in life, you get to tailor your preferencs and principles adequately.

Mr Overseas, I am talking of Nigeria and yes, I would never live in a house with over 100 flats IN NIGERIA. The management, regulation and everything is different. When we reach your overseas, we can do that. Here in Nigeria, it is not advisable.

So what exactly makes people pay for the house. We talking 350k here. Why would anyone pay 350k for a room without windows? They saw these things you saw. I read he doesn’t sign agreement with his tenants. He is very cheerful and friendly until you pay, then he turns into Godzilla.

350k is not even such a cheap accommodation. Or am I missing something?

My own case is even worse, I rented this mini flat in Ijegun last year for 150k, even though the rooms are small, but I was happy because the money was small compared to the comfort I thought I will enjoy afterwards,. Mehn, as the matter dey now, na snake, scorpion, rats, ants and mosquitoes I dey battle with daily. Funniest thing b say, I pay for 2 years

Just soak the immediate environment with kerosene laced with two packs of that pesticide popularly known as Sniper. Our crawling neighbours abhor the smell. Keep everywhere clear.

Warning : Be careful with the sniper because Buhari's mishandling of Nigeria can make it look like a beverage. Strong caution please. .

Most of these people are high level political thugs who provide critical support during elections. So they are basically allowed to do whatever

Some are people who have ties or favors to senior politicians

And this is Nigeria where every official or his superior can be bought.

Look at the Ikoyi building collapse. There was a highly publicised arrest and shutdown of the site. Yet after all the dust settled construction continued without approvals.

This is really the best that can be done. Alert people so no one with sense goes there. He can turn the building to short time for agberos.

When I visited the place, the free room they showed me at the extremely end was already sinking. I could not stood straight inside the room because the entire three storey building is already sinking from that angle.

Lagos statement government should please interfere in this issue and mark the house for demolition before a lot of people will lost their lives.

This building cannot escape collapsing. I predict two to three years from now.

That is Akindele a.k.a ile-eru mini estate in oworonshoki. I could remember him very well when I still live in oworonshoki, there is a scenerio that happens between him & the king's palace. And he vow to burn the palace, bring in isale-eko area boys to destroy the palace, if not for intervention of big men in Lagos & govt the palace might have gone.

It was a real war then in oworo, infact my mum's shop is what saved like two or three of the king's people. They quickly found their way into my mum's shop but one of the guys lost like two, three teeth that day, my mum has food carteen close to the council then I was inside the shop that very day. So scared & young then.

The signs were always there so my question is why did they pay. There are crazy houses it's our duty not to fall into the trap.

Some tenants are very unreasonable. Just be gentle and kool with them, they start misbehaving.

Pay rent wahala, "madam give us till next month" from there they start dogding, use court, them go see money to take fight you.

Run them street them go say u too wicked.
