I think you should educate yourself about one China policy with emphasis on when and how it came into effect. You have been posting wrong information here and I have been trying my best to educate you. Like saying Hong Kong has a military or that China has a one China policy.

The bottom line of what I am saying is this: Taiwan is an independent country and continues to operate as so. While the US has the one China principle, in reality, they have been going against that principle for years.

Let me ask you a question. As Taiwan is today, is it under China? The answer is no. Does China want Taiwan to be under it? Yes. So what are they waiting for? That is why they always cry that they want reunification with Taiwan even if it will take force to do so. It is that force to achieve reunification with Taiwan that the US is waiting for. Let them use force to reunify with Taiwan let's see. If they are not going to do that, then they should keep quite.

Taiwan is
1. An independent country
2. Has never been under China rule

If China likes the status quo, why then did they try to reunify with Taiwan years ago (the Taiwan strait crisis)?. They tested the waters and found out that the US will not have any of that and they backed off.

Taiwan as it is today has a president, a military (Army, Navy, airforce), diplomatic relationship with some other countries, has it's own currency, legislature and Judiciary etc. Do you know the only country not happy with all of these? China! So they should do their worst! If they are not going to do their worst, then no need for this argument. Taiwan will continue to exist as an independent Nation. You claim another territory is part of you, but that territory operates as an independent country yet you can't bring that territory under your rule. You will bark and bark and bark, yet the country still operates as an independent Nation. Nor be juju be that?

They can also do their worst as the US continually challenges them in the south China Sea. If they can't do their worst, then the US and other countries will continue to sail their ships (military and commercial) in territories that China claim as it's own!

Ukraine does not have Javelins, when this War started so it can be understandable they did not factor it into their plans and they got "shocked" by it.
But right NOW, despite all the Javelins supplied to them by America, Ukraine is still fast loosing Territory and Soldiers to Russia.

The "Right of America", as defined by America, "To attack First, if it feels threatened", is the same Right that Russia has exercised, when it felt threatened by NATO's expansion into its borders with Ukraine and attacked Ukraine.
That right does not belong to America alone, other "Super Powers" have it.

If it was Mexico or Egypt or Nigeria that invaded a proxy of America, by now, America would have bombed it back into its borders by now.
They did it to Iraq, when it invaded Kuwait, back then.

But l am sure they wont use it against one another otherwise, America should have used it against Russia by now, instead of just using Ukraine as a Puppet, to fight Russia.

Before the unification of Germany their military budget was 3% of their Gdp as part of a deterrent measure. That dropped below 2% probably after their purpose was achieved till recently when they raised it to 2% following Russia's senseless aggression.
