You shouldn't have made this kind of statement, it's unintelligible and hogwash. USA is really trying in missiles and ballistics researches but they are still playing catch up to Russia. We saw the tests and the failures, they are not there yet.
USA have aircraft carriers technology but countries like China and Russia who don't have that are spending on missiles and ballistics researches to counter those carriers and it looks like they're getting it right
