You only need your passport, the printed first page of your visa application form and a photocopy of your passport data page. You should also print the confirmation of appointment booking sent to your mail too. Any other thing is irrelevant

Travel Passport
Copy of your passport data page

No, but if you bougt extra services and have not self-uploaded your docs, you'd need to visit tls with your all your supporting docs.

I’m encountering problem with my hotel reservation, I have submitted my application so I got a message that my hotel reservation is been cancelled because the property couldn’t process my card,this is what have been delaying my appointment, I would have submitted all my documents and I have filled the name of the hotel in my application

If you are using booking.com you will experince that use a different booking site

Finally gotten my visa.
Date of application Jan 26th.
Visa issued since Feb 16th.
Just got the passport today after over 3 months of application and multiple paid mails sent

Use hotels.com they don't try to charge your card like booking.com
