Friend, I study to show myself approved unto God not men...I'm never scared to discuss scriptures or ask questions because I know His Word is true.I simply asked those questions to tell you I know what I'm saying. Many people think the Lazarus story is a parable but I found out myself it wasn't.

If indeed you studied, you would noticed some of the major discrepancies between what Jesus Christ suggested as opposed to the actual details of the Old Covenant Law of Moses which He also mentioned. However God, we know, does not contradict His own Word and Law, neither does God change His mind.

So it follows that the details in that story don't match nor add up to God's Truth, and for good reason... it was a story used to teach a lesson and nothing more.

But as I already said, you are free to believe as you choose.

You are very funny...what you fail to understand is that the old covenant is a SHADOW OF THINGS TO COME. JESUS came to clarify what wasn't clear to the teachers of the law.

To break things down for you.
Take a look at your shadow and tell me where your eyes are....the best you can see is the outlines of the whole body.

The Bible is only confusing to those who are impatient and carnal.
Like I said, I enjoy discussing scriptures because the more I dig the move I discover that every scripture is connected.

Well....God's Old Covenant Law of Moses was explicitly given by God to only those who have the blood of Jacob coursing through their veins - Deuteronomy 30 vs 15 - 20. Since Gentiles were intentionally excluded from that agreement by God Himself , I wonder instead what a gentile means when he claims the Old Covenant is a shadow of things to come..

God Himself told you in Deuteronomy 30 vs 15 - 20 that His Old Covenant agreement, He made only with those who are descendants from Abraham, Isaac and Jacob aka those who have the blood of Jacob coursing through their veins, and He meant it as a National Constitution for living in the Land of Canaan which He, God gave only to them. So, am I to take it that you don't believe what God said there or what?
