How can I report a scammer I paid money to online to cbn or bank??

I paid some amount of money to someone to buy something from him, after receiving the money she blocked my line and stopped picking calls afterwards.

Pls how do I report him to cbn to block her account and I also have a nimc and international passport

Is the person a he or a she

Does the person go by the name InstaGage or raymond itebore?

Post her name and account number and her phone number here

it's only the Police or efcc or any relevant authority that can through a court order block someone's account...you can't just walk into a bank and tell them to block an account...


IF YOU GOT PROOF THAT THE PERSON IN QUESTION IS A SCAMMER,GO TO THE POLICE OR EFCC.. WRITE A PETITION AND IF THE PERSON DOESN'T SHOW UP WHEN INVITED...HIS OR HER ACCOUNT WILL BE BLOCKED AND HE WILL BE DECLARED WANTED..

The CBN is not a law enforcement agency per sè.

Your best bet is to report to the police
