I had to go legal at the end of the day.
Most likely, this lady will be given best of healthcare, this guy will be given a slap on the wrist punishment if any. But jail will be a no no.

every major organization or business in nigeria does this.
it is not unique to indians or lebanese or foreigners

banks, telcos, oil and gas - they all have some form of liaison or security contacts

1. In Kano, Lebanese man slapped a Hausa man. The Haisa man retaliated. Lebanese man wnet to call police. Police heard the 2 statements then turned to the Haisa man and said in Hausa " We know you are right and he is wrong but you must forgive us for what we will do" then locked him up behind bars .

2. A Lebanese man employed some Hausa people. It was time for Friday prayers so they were prepari g to leave. The Lebanese man told them that of they leave they shouldnt think of coming back. They are fired. He said they are there to work not go for prayers and they humbly stayed back. I said if na Yoruba man or Igbo man do them the same thing, they would have burnt down that business and slaughtered the man.

Legal battle I was told will take 3 months by my paddy. Lol
Got a proper law firm. They billed me lump sum and agreed % of judgement awards received.
Did wahala oh, after years it git to trial, judge recused himself, saying those Indians na him tenant? Howww? Why you no recuse yourself at the beginning, but delayed after 3 years of going to court!
Now had to start again from scratch with a new judge. We finally concluded trial last year ending. On the concluding part now.
Time spent in court so far 7 years!
Money spent on lawyers lump sum and others eg fuel their car etc over 1m.
You know what? The amount I sued for assuming I am granted my full wishes ( unlikely) would have been equivalent of $286k in 2015 But as this wicked man and he gang of recessionists have destroyed this country and the naira, it has devalued to $66k in 2022. No be juju be that?

Must have been a learning curve for you, and justice must have another meaning to you. But life is full of interesting experiences. And that's one reason people run from court cases—delays.

Gang of recessionists just save the rest up after the necessary "profit sharing". One day it will be like a billion naira when $=1000000 naira (don't count on these calculations).

I just wonder what would made a white guy to drive on a one way street on top speed in VI. He must think that he can get away with anything he does in Nigeria, or he can bribe anyone. This happened this morning.

The man was driving on a one way road, against traffic and on was on high speed around Sanusi Fafunwa Street, Victoria Island. People had to run helter skelter for their lives. The driver then drove into Omotola and pushed her against the wall.

The impact was so much that the plate number fell off. The driver did a hit and run, he absconded instead of waiting to care. A passer bye took a bike and chased after the him. He was caught, brought back and handed over to the police. Omotola is in critical condition at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital. We seek justice for Omotola and this white man should not be released.

The man working for them pointed a d told me that if you give him 6 months you wont recognize him. He wi be driving one benz and forming big boy upandam, talking to Nigerians anyhow.
