WHAT STOCK DID WE BUY TODAY I always tell people that we need a trading system to survive in this market. It is possible for us to give you stock signals, but when it comes to the time to make the entry, it is our system that will guide finally as regards what to buy. Today we bought GOTU. And since we are not paying commission, a gain of 10% (but stock like this, below $5 attracts $0.2 charge per unit) may be okay for us. Another thing I like about Passfolio is the accurate calculation of your gains by the platform. Something funny happened to us last week, immediately we bought one of the products, about 1hr I saw 13% gain, I said this people have started like those platforms that display abnormal figures, I told myself that such type of gain is not possible (I told myself that the platform , will correct itself, I was thinking I have bought that item before and I added to it). It was the second day I then decided to check the history (this is a problem on other APPS, I believe we all know them) of my transactions very easy on Passfolio only for me to confirm that the plaform was right, unfortunately my 13% became 1%, no problem I sold and took my 1% in good faith as the position was threatened. The moral of this story is that Passfolio has a platform that you can rely on, the profit displayed is likely to be correct.

CAN MATHS BE RELIED UPON IN THE MARKET Yes to some extent. We bought 2 stocks today. But for fear of the bears, deciding what to buy [b]among the oil stocks [/b]was a tug of war. Somehow, fundamentals of one of our choice was the final decider after we have used math to eliminate the others. And what was our fundamental, one have started selling products and the other is still at development stage. We will give the name of the 1 stocks later today!!! 1 Like |

3 MAY 2022_ BOUGHT SWN & RRC Market not bad. We bought the above. Let us see how thing will play out in the next 2 days. Bought stocks were bought as a result of being in the best performing sector for the day, plus the fact that they are involved in Natural Gas The good thing about the indicators used is that we don't need to think much, our software does the selection/thinking, the only thing we have to do is to check some basic fundamentals that the risk in those stocks are minimal. |

Multiplier7:_____________________ It is possible, but you need to still confirm at support (I have been using Naira). The best app that is easy to register on is PASSFOLIO. This is the link to the app. Passfolio is the best as you pay no commission and the Trading plaform display correct prices that will enable you manage your P&L without too much worry (some APPs don't display correct prices until you click the ticker symbol, this is a serious matter) . One of the problems with the commission paying APPs is that regular trading leads to accumulated commission eating off your Fund little by little. MARKET AT STANDSTILL PRIOR TO FOMC REPORT Did anyone observed that the oil stocks started moving up just about the time FOMC report was about to be made public? This is telling us that the big money already have an idea that the FOMC report will likely favour the commodities, but they still wait and not front run the report, this is an important lesson we have to learn to wait (it is retail traders that would be playing the earnings release game, normal rule of investment is don't trade Close to or on earnings date). However, as we are not big money, we need to wait for the market to digest the report. This may take the next one hour!!! |

TODAY WAS A VERY GOOD DAY IN THE MARKET- IT IS LIKE CHRISTMAS IN MAY Please the speech by Powell today was a good one, the market applauded the speech by going green. MARKET COMMENT AT CLOSE 5 MAY The market took back most of yestetday's gain. There are days like that? We move on to continue to see how we can be better at this. Looking back at some stocks, their old prices and current prices it is just unimaginable how stocks can fall to atht level. I have realized it is a common occurrence in the market. An example will be FCEL (around $4 at the moment), I learnt at one time was trading for $200 sometimes in the past. This is a lesson for us that if see an obvious mistake, we just need to cut the loss and forget, especially if we make a mistake and buy the wrong ticker Another day that most investors will like to forget has gone.

TODAY'S MARKET IS HITTING OUR PORTFOLIO HARD? I may have no option but to take some losses on some postions. It is very unfortunate, but sometimes it is better to cut the loss short. Monitoring the stock, I was formerly us by 5%, but now down by over 3%. Thank God there is no commission on Passfolio Platform, will likely take the loss and keep my cash? 1 Like |
