Nigeria customs will be operating illegal checkpoints in peaceful areas, you will never find them in places prone to bandits or Boko Haram movement.

is that when things like this "Slap distribution" happens, as SMART PEOPLE, we need to take advantage of the opportunity to bring such people into our Fold and insulting them or rejoicing over the evil meted out to them, will not bring them into our fold.
