Did he start off stammering or developed it in between? I Had this challenge when we were 2/3yr. She started learning how to talk and flowed well, then all of a sudden started stammering.
Let him stop watching cartoons that was what I did.. He is probably trying to mimick them especially that one called Bluey.
I switched mine to only PBSkids as I found they had more educational and realistic programs.
We are 4 now and it has greatly improved.

Please don't follow such advice o. Doing so will only make the boy confused and slow.

It's not something that can be overcome by such crude method... Take him to a speech therapist or a neurologist...

As a chronic stammerer how have you been able to control this ? Mine is mild and am having some self esteem issue sometimes about this, especially when presiding over board meetings..

I speak swiftly and I careless if I have been heard accurately and I mostly look above the head audiences at any gathering.. Then, most a times i make it known to the audience before any speech that i stutter so they should bear with me in any way they can.. Since then, I don't feel any low self esteem since most of them have already known me

Tell him to be talking slowly.....

It's not a bad thing but you can correct it by telling him to always calm down whenever he wants to talk. He shouldn't rush to talk, that's how mine was been corrected. Mine was bad to the extent that I do hit my feet on the ground before I can talk but was corrected by calming down and stopped rush talking with that, he will be corrected without any medical nor spiritual intervention.

Am also a chronic stammer but sometimes I speak fluently, it's always as if something is holding down my speech and it's makes me angry a lot, its also make me become introvert
