I think Egypt is cheap compared to other, and I don't think Ethiopia is among the list of where to get visa.

Yes you are right, i just discovered. But considering stress, risk and affordability, i think Dubai is the best.

Going through Dubai shouldn’t cost more than 900k in total, and a friend informed me that going through Egypt would be around 800k. So what’s an extra 100k to avoid d dramas that may come with going through Egypt ‍

Plus…. U get to see Dubai in dis lifetime

[quote author=skimpy post=86057077]So I have finally landed in Estonia. Actually landed a week ago but couldn’t gather myself to write this message. I went through Turkey and it was quite smooth. Traveled with a child and we spent approx 1.2M for the entire process including flights and visa fees. I am certain it will be cheaper for most people because your flights can be cheaper. Our flight fees were most expensive cos I had to fly business class because of the comfort for the child. I’d itemize most of the fees I can remember.

Flight to Abuja, Uber to the visa center, $250 visa fees for 2 people and miscellaneous= 200k
Return Flight to turkey: 700k
9 nights at Hotel: 52k
Food and transport: 51k
Estonian Visa: 40k
Flight to Estonia: 212k
Total: 1,255,000

My Estonian visa was approved within 5 days. Submitted on a Monday and collected the passports on a Friday. No serious questions were asked. If you are interested in applying for turkey visa, you can reply my comment. I will write all what I went through there so that you don’t have to waste money like I did. Photocopying 1 page is 100naira there. Printing of 1 page is 1k. They just extort people a lot there.

Also, I got insurance for myself and child for 39k valid for a year.

Good morning from here,
My husband is processing to come to Estonia tru PhD. I think we would choose the option of coming through Turkey but I have few questions please.

1. Should he write to the Turkish embassy that he should be given appointment for visa interview? If yes, will he now apply to turkey visa based on the appointed given to him by the turkey embassy
Or
Should he just apply for visit visa directly and not mention anything relating to Estonia visa appointment?

2. I will be coming with him, will I have to do any interview also at the Estonia embassy or I will just have to submit required documents that would be requested of me?

3. Once we are leaving for turkey are we meant to take all that we will be needing to survive at Estonia because we might not need to go back to Nigeria

Note: University for PhD is Tartu university

Your contribution will be highly appreciated

Thank you so much.

Oh also, For the visit visa processing what documents do we need to submit for the application.
And minimum amount for bank Statement.?

Any positive feedback from Tartu University?
Re: Lets Talk About Estonia by jekijayd: 8:08am On May 10, 2022
If you didn't get an instant response after the online interview, your chances of being picked is very high, just wait and be hopeful. I remember trying two years ago, immediately i finished the online interview i got a rejection mail, i tried this year and i got the offer in one week.
tarah57:
anyone finished the online interview but get no reply?

I took the interview 2 weeks ago, the professor said the result would come in a week during the interview.

does a no-reply mean not accepted? would there always be a rejection mail for not passing the interview?

KNOW THIS AND NO PEACE. recent changes in Estonia Alien Act. Your stay for study in Estonia is no longer counted as a stay in Estonia. No 2year or 5year stay without a job after study. RECENT ALIEN ACT. READ the Attached document and surf online.

In Estonia recent law stipulates you have to be tied to an employer for 3 years before u can apply for the trp for settling permanently in Estonia, instead no be to go UK, get tied to an employer and know that after 5 years you are a few steps away from a British passport

I want to ask if admission for September 2022 has closed for Estonian universities?

When will the next application start?

Is there any school still accepting applications for September 2022?

Is there January intake in Estonian schools?

Thanks for your help.

Re: Lets Talk About Estonia by Nobody: 6:30am On May 29, 2022
Check dreamapply, EUAS(Mainor) application closes tomorrow or next. But their school fees is most expensive in Estonia though and it is not a standard university persay and no scholarship options as well, but if the most important thing for you is just to japa, then you can try but you must have all required documents ready.
