You just have to be strong man. Things like this is not easy per say but then, of what gain will it be that you lost your money and end up losing your life too ?

I exactly know how it feels, I have been there, lost some thousand $$$ last year, I was reset into depression mode but, I was able to know the difference between money and life: money can always be made and remade once there is life; you see life, there is no part 2 to it, once gone, it is gone forever in that exact form onward. So, just be calm and live first. You will be fine.

One other thing is, in the times you begin getting yourself back, please: do well to engage in physical investing. A real trader saves a part of profits made and invest the other part on physical assets. True, all businesses have its own risk factor but, it is 50% saver to be invested on physical assets. I mean, you can use your profits and set up a nice business while still at it. It is not too good to put all egg in one basket.

I do Forex though.

I think many investors wanted to take advantage of the extra percentage aiding the UST side of it, they profit a tiny percentage via "false arbitrage" [ UST -> Luna ]. It collapse the entire system.

I nearly gave into the temptation to buy this UST yesterday; the way it was fluctuating between 0.33-8 to 0.4,0.5. That was easy 1.5%. but I was really scared. Woke up this morning to see it has rugged now 0.02, I can only say alleluia my living God.
