We can do with Academy Graduates to cover for RB and LB. Laird can compete with Dalot. Fernandez and Williams can compete for LB.

Pau Torres seems a target, hopefully he's not gonna flop. €20m + Bailly should be a fair deal to get Pau Torres.

Williams and Laird should be ready as back up at least. Dalot and Telles will most likely remain.
we need a good team playing pattern. if roles are defined, some players can look better than they actually are.

I agree completely with your last sentence however, I don't think Telles is suited for the physicality and pace of the EPL...I am willing to give Dalot another try with Laird as backup...

The Glaziers are not in charge of day to day running of the club, they have released money for transfers when ask to. Put the blame of the rubbish signing on Woodward and his team, Liverpool signing are having massive impact cos they have a good structure on ground. This is what Woodward should have put in place as Executive Vice Chairman, not the Glaziers. I have blamed them where they didn't do well, but certainly not with spending a mind blowing $1bn plus on players signing alone....

This guy gets it. It does not make sense for fans to come here and say that the glaziers have not spent on player acquisitions, squad development etc. Investors don’t run a company, they invest and get dividends in return. If you don’t gerrit, then forget about it.

Dont. De Jong has said many times he is already at his ideal club. in fact while at Ajax, he said he saw himself playing at Ajax, Arsenal and Barcelona only.

The Glaziers have spend crazy money on players recruitment, it's the weyrey Woodward and him boys that blew the money on rubbish signing at most. Let's hope the new Management team would do a far better job in recruiting very good, yet not so expensive players like Liverpool does. If the Glaziers are taking money from the club, it is their right to do so as owners. If they weren't investing at all in players recruitment, then we can complain. Just my opinion though

Whichever way Woodward ran the club, it's based on the unrealistic demands of the ownership. That Woodward method of operation made us the most marketable football club in the world.

Depends on what Erik considers as priority and the summer budget. Also this team can't be fixed in one window, he needs multiple transfer windows to build his own team.

A fit Laird is better than Dalot IMO. The only problem is Laird appears to be a doctor in training.

You need to read more about Ten Hag more. Forget transfer rumors, Ten Hag never says he wants any player by name. He'll tell you the positions he wants to fill. United bring out different choices and him and his team chooses. That's how it worked at Ajax.
