merit455:Nice one, thanks for this. I also remember that Ibo wife in the north who tore the tattered poster of one imam from the wall and used it to clean her son's poo. Before they knew what was happening...gbom! Youths had gathered chanting Allahu akbar. They claimed he desecrated the poster or defaced the imam of Allah. They dragged her husband out and killed him. That northern region would forever remain poor. If Allah was happy with their bizarre act, the region should have been the best in everything today. Afterall, dubai was founded on a desert. The entire north would have been so blessed today and developed, if God truly was happy about their heinous practice. Those who tagged them the global headquarters of poverty can't be wrong. Its the consequences of their wickedness. God can't live in such an environment where innocent blood is being spilled. Just check it, anywhere such a heinous practice is being carried out always looks like a cursed land. Look at Yemen, Sudan, Iran, Afghanistan, etc...tell me any good thing happening there. It's always unrest, poverty and violence. You can't shed innocent blood and think God would be smiling at you. Never! |

micflo28:Although your advice is a good one,I hate the fact that you are a police officer,I've never been directly hurt or harrassed by police but I have witnessed their ineptitude, the word "police" signifies decadence, corruption and uselessness, you should watch how you use it.. I hate the police, some might just dislike it,Yes there are good officers but yet, nobody perceives positivity in the word "police" |

Thank you for helping to save a life. Unfortunately, you are still blind to the truth about what happened or perhaps you are too.afraid to say your mind. When you read the Hadiths especially and also other accounts of the Prophet you will understand why Muslims are so bloodthirsty and why this will NEVER stop. Islam was spread by murder in the beginning. Christianity was spread by love in the beginning. Anybody that argues with the above two statements is an ignorant ass. How you start a thing goes a long way to shape the activities around that thing. There will be many more Deborahs. I look forward for Nigeria to break up so that most southerners in the North can relocate to the South while those Northerners who have jihadist tendencies will return home. merit455: |

omobolarinwa1:Oga! That's Old testament! Which is commandment of Moses. Unfortunately that's where Muslim derive their own law of kill without mercy if their presumed infidel trespassed them. But in the new testament, Jesus said and if your slaps you, turn the other cheek to him also. But Jesus does not mean that we should be coward. What that means is that we should not retaliate to the wrong done to us to point of shedding blood. That's why he didn't allow peter to kill the soldiers that came to arrest him, instead he offered himself as example. |

I also experienced this though mine was mild l, but thank God for my life. I was a corper posted to a big school in anyigba kogi state. The school is at agala ogane I won't say the name. I have a boy I so much love though he was a Muslim we got on well and I liked his zeal for education, he is intelligent btw. There was a day we argued a little over religion though before then the hotel where I stayed has a Bible in it but no Koran so I was like why, he told me it is an abomination for such a holy book to be found in a chalet, so on the day in question as we were arguing I playfully told him that Christianity is better than Islam and Jesus Christ is the son of God while Mohammed is just an ordinary human being nah so my boy provoke, He got so angry he avoided me for days he even told me to my face that if he had a knife I would have been a dead person. I was so scared during that period though he never raised it high, thanks be to God Almighty. |

Rawhumper:I never said you support it, it is quite unfortunate that we are all caught in a vicious cycle of evil. The earlier we all understand that violence brings no one good, the better for us. Irrespective of who kills who, IPOB has created an environment in South East where evil fester. |

Blasphemy?? If as a Muslim you say Jesus is a prophet and not the son of God, it is considered blasphemy to a Christian, but how many times have you been threatened? Another noticeable thing is the fact that people would post religious messages in a secular group, it is annoying and appalling. If asking questions as to why and you can't answer and you call it insult, there's first a problem with the mindset, a challenge with your belief system. By the way, both Islam and Christianity never originated from Nigeria, but we are fond of putting knives to our throat, fighting on behalf of God. If you can't solve your problems spiritually and it leads to physical altercation, you need to check on yourself if you are truly serving God. |

I did my service in Adamawa state, believe me these Muslims are mean to the core, I always had it at the back of my mind that they can turn against me at any point so I was careful being around them, yes they showed me love Sha but I still nor trust them. I always stay out of religious argument, or anything of that sort. In short I was always quiet in the school so that am not being noticed but a corper can never hide, their sweet girls them I miss them sha,I kept them at bay although alot of them crushed on me like hell. As service finish I disappear from the school, I nor even wait for their useless sentfort.. sentfort wey Dem supposed do b4 service finish..they wan use that one hold me... I pass them. Even self I don home lesson for one Fulani..man dey teach him beautiful daughters maths, English, and other assignments from school. Na God save me wey dey find money. Hmm de wey dey first suspect me self eh come dey send spies come dey watch me teach. I be think say I be de bad guy wey Dem supposed to protect the girls from but as I discover say road to Damascus don open already and dey wet, I come dey run ooo, I see fresh free food I run na then I understand Joseph situation in the bible. But as God would have it I nor Fall prey for their temptation in short they improved greatly in maths and English but these girls I know kept a kind of I miss and will miss you grudge when I was leaving. I know it will take a while for them to forget about me. But me self then dey fear my friends wey be Muslims. Come south na if I fear you we die here, but for their side na to get sense oo and be careful, In shot being a Christian is in a Muslim is a risk already. Make una get sense oo because they religious beliefs don cloud their sense of judgement. Nor be Only them oo I don see christians dey do fanatism too and e nor dey funny. Being brainwashed by religious beliefs......so nor dey surprised if u see a professor or an highly educated person behaving like a stark illiterate due to religious beliefs. I rest my case oo |

omobolarinwa1:This still does not justify your blood thirst. The old testament was a period of war and God was impatient with the sinful nature of humans which made Him to give these instructions. God Himself used flood to destroy the earth because He could not behold the sins of humans. If you look at the first commandment it says: thou shall not have any other god except Me. So those period was a time God wouldn't have any form of iniquity go without harsh punishment. This continued until the period of prophet Malachi when God decided to abandon man and it lasted for 400 years. Thus God then decided to reestablish relationship with man and He had to send His son Jesus Christ to first of all wash away all the accumulated sins and establish a new covenant. Hebrews 12:24 says "And to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant. And to the sprinkled blood that speaks better things than the blood of Abel". This is why Christianity is no longer violent because the ten commandments has been summed into two. 1. Love the lord your God with all your hearts, with all your soul and with all your mind. 2. Love your neighbour as yourself With these two rules christians carry themselves through all situations of life. But as for you guys, the reverse is the case. You are being taught even till now to be violent and intolerant of whosoever that does not share the same religious view with you. Quran 9:29 says: "Fight against those People of the Book who have no faith in God or the Day of Judgment, who do not consider unlawful what God and His Messenger have made unlawful, and who do not believe in the true religion, until they humbly pay tax with their own hands" "People of the Book" here refers to Christians just as Muslims are referred to as "people of the prophet. |

My experience was worse cause I schooled in the north and did my youth service in the north. There was no year I did not experience crises. If they are not burning down churches, they are killing defenseless Christians for flimsy reasons. About four corpers lost their lives in one of such senseless killings. Most of us living in town had to flee to the army barrack and stayed there till the service year was over. But the truth is that, killing is happening everywhere and everyday now. Bandits are doing theirs in the north. Herdsmen are everywhere killing farmers and raping women. Unknown gunmen are doing same in South East. Ritual killing is also going on especially in the south west. We need the mercy of God. We need to pray more than ever before. Pray that you will never be a victim of these wicked and unreasonable people. |
