Always a tall order to get a foreign coach that fits into the chaos that is Nigeria. The ones to succeed - Westerhof & Rohr to a limited extent - embraced the chaos. Those who simply didn't have the liver - like the Brazilian Carlos Alberto Torres - fled at the first sign of our dysfunction. I hope this isn't the case with Peseiro if and when he's announced.

That Salisu Yusuf is the beginning of another rounds of failure ! Was he not with Eguavon at the last afcon and for the two legged world cup play off ? Why is he being put forward again to assist the new coach,Jose Peseiro ? That guy has nothing to offer and somebody should stop forcing him on Nigerians. It's held every 2years. The just concluded AFCON was for last year, that's why it was tagged 2021 AFCON despite holding in the year 2022.
